1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Kaudi Game.

We aim to provide clear information about what data is used, why it is used, where it is stored, and when third-party services may process information.

2. PLAYER PROFILE INFORMATION

Kaudi Game allows you to create an in-app player profile. Current profile fields include display name, generated username, selected avatar, gender, age and selected country.

This profile is stored locally using app preferences. Selected profile details may be used in gameplay presentation and may be included in supported multiplayer flows where needed to identify participants.

3. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

Kaudi Game stores information locally to support application functionality. Current local storage includes player profile data, sound settings and Game Guide introduction state.

4. GAME AND MULTIPLAYER INFORMATION

Where network or multiplayer features are used, Kaudi Game may process technical gameplay information necessary to operate a match. This may include participant identifiers, match or room information, gameplay actions, game state, connection or reconnection information, and technical request information required to operate the service.

5. ADVERTISING

Kaudi Game includes a test rewarded-ad implementation using Google Mobile Ads test identifiers. Rewarded ads are never shown automatically; when a supported game-credit balance is empty, you may choose whether to watch a rewarded ad or decline.

The current implementation uses local game-credit balances stored on the device. These local credits are not tamper-proof, and uninstalling the app or clearing app data can reset them.

Production advertising identifiers, final consent messaging, target-audience settings and child-directed advertising configuration require owner confirmation before release.

6. ANALYTICS AND CRASH REPORTING

No analytics SDK or crash-reporting SDK was found in the current Flutter app dependencies during repository review. If these services are added before release, this Privacy Policy must be updated before publication.

7. HOW INFORMATION IS USED

Information may be used to provide and operate Kaudi Game, maintain player preferences, operate gameplay, provide supported multiplayer or network functionality, maintain security and reliability, and preserve app settings such as sound preferences.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The current app uses Flutter packages including shared_preferences, google_mobile_ads, audioplayers, go_router, Riverpod, google_fonts and related platform services.

The repository also contains Cloudflare Worker backend code and online multiplayer networking code that uses HTTP/WebSocket communication for supported online/private match features.

9. LOCATION

The current Android release manifest review found INTERNET permission but did not find precise or approximate device location permissions. The country selected in Player Profile is a manually selected profile value and is not GPS location.

10. CHILDREN AND AGE INFORMATION

Kaudi Game currently allows an age value in the player profile range implemented by the app. The intended release audience, Play Console target audience configuration and any required parental-consent handling need owner confirmation before release.

11. DATA RETENTION

Local profile, preference and game-credit information remains stored on the device until changed by app behavior, cleared by the user through device/app storage controls, or removed by uninstalling the app.

Network/backend retention periods for multiplayer services need owner confirmation before release.

12. DATA SECURITY

Reasonable technical measures are used to help protect information processed in connection with Kaudi Game. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. YOUR CHOICES

Current user controls include editing the player profile, changing avatar and country through profile flows, and changing Music and Sound Effects preferences in Sound settings.

14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Kaudi Game, its services or legal requirements change. The "Last Updated" date should be updated when material changes are made.
